The service was quick and the doctor was polite, professional and was a good listener to my issues. The doctor prescribed the correct medicine and got me on my way. The nurse (Dawn) was polite and understanding and caring, she did a good job instructing the new nurse. My overall experience was very good. This is not my first visit there and it will not be my last. I don’t get sick very often but I know the first place I will go if I do.

Avoid going here! I spent 2 hours to receive an xray, a misdiagnosis of a sprained ankle and a piece of paper telling me how to care for said phantom sprained ankle. I knew the diagnosis was wrong as I walked out the door. I called my podiatrist in their parking lot and went the very next day. He also took an xray and it showed 2 bone spurs and a bursa. A Cortisone shot, 2 prescriptions, an ankle/foot brace and a 2nd medical bill later I have the correct diagnosis. Never again will I or my children go here. Concerned about others being misdiagnosed, I stopped on my way home to speak with the clinic manager. 1st the "Clinic Manager" looked to be at the max 25yrs old. There was no actually MD there on staff. The manager told me it takes 2-3days for Medfast to get the full xray report from Parrish. So, I'm guessing the Nurse Practioner is probably walking around misdiagnosing patients all day long.

Always nice no matter how bad I feel and as quick as they can be. Thorough, explains and sends me for my meds. No complaints and I will continue to go since I've been going for over three years. And perks to the nurse Kwame. Only name I have remembered and he was awesome. The others through the years have also been a pleasure. The doctor is straight forward and don't expect fluff because he doesn't do it but he will get you better.

The front desk lady was polite, quick, efficient and full of knowledge. My wait time was short. The nurses in the back were happy and pleasant. The doctor was in quick and quickly reviewed my chart and sent me on my way with medication. The place was clean. I can’t be happier I choose this place over my normal one closer to home.

I was in a lot of pain coming into PSJ Medfast. The receptionist was efficient and kind. I was called in pretty quickly and the Medical assistant was fast, informative and very kind. Dr.Bost was quick to explain my issue and called in my meds to my pharmacy. He's a good dr., I've seen him before. A 4/5 was given bc of all the paperwork!! What year is it!? Still I appreciate this place for a walk in clinic.

Horrible doctors. Wouldn't listen to symptoms and instead relied on rapid tests with known false positive issues. My wife and I both went in, I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics. When my wife went back (we were both sick) she was given a COVID-19 rapid antigen test. Misdiagnosed issue based on the rapid test. The doctor refused to listen to her symptoms. They rescinded my prescription and gave us both a prescription strength cough suppressant. This screams of malpractice. I can't help but feel that they used the non conclusive rapid test to milk our insurance and the state for more money. A quick Google search will show that they get more money for treating COVID patients. It's disgusting. Not only that but the doctor refused to listen to the patient. Unacceptable. Go to a different clinic.
